YieldGate, operated by OraXLabs, LLC, collects your email address and consent to send early-access and product-update emails. To understand interest in the product, we also process the page variant you see, a randomly generated session identifier, campaign attribution, and page-view, call-to-action click, form-attempt, form-error, and signup information. We do not include your email address in analytics events. Within a browser session, we retain the experiment assignment and the first campaign attribution separately for each experiment and page variant.
If you request a pilot consultation, we separately collect your email, service website origin (we discard the URL path and query), stated goal, consent, session identifier, and campaign attribution to review your request and contact you about the pilot. The service URL is not fetched by this form. These requests are separate from the A/B waitlist signups. Requesting contact does not confirm an appointment, access, pricing, or a purchase. Please do not include sensitive or confidential information in your goal. The operator receives these details through its email provider.
The no-signup trial sends the feature facts and messages you choose to enter to OpenAI to generate replies. We do not store that content in our application database. An encrypted session token is held only in the current page’s memory for up to 30 minutes. Model-abuse limits use a salted hash of the connection IP; raw IP addresses, prompts and tokens are not saved in the rate-limit table.
When you request sales-conversation examples for a public service URL, we may read text from that HTTPS page and a limited number of public redirects. Cloudflare processes the hostname for DNS resolution and hosts this service. The public URL, readable page text and any public facts you choose to paste are sent to OpenAI to generate proposed examples. We do not store that source text or the generated examples in our application database. We do not sign in to the submitted service, activate a trial, open checkout or make a purchase. This URL-reading feature is separate from the optional integration-contact form.
For trial measurement, we store a hashed random identifier for the current page visit, fixed milestone names, timestamps, a QA marker and whether the first started feature was a fictional example. We count visits, feature starts, valid AI responses, integration-interest clicks and accepted optional contact forms. No chat, feature description, email, full URL, referrer or advertising identifier is included in these analytics. The page identifier is not kept in cookies or browser storage. We retain these anonymous milestone records for up to 90 days. QA activity is excluded from the primary report; fictional examples are reported separately and are not evidence of customer demand.
If you choose “I want this in my product” and submit the separate contact form, we collect your email, explicit integration-contact consent, the optional service website origin, the submission time and its trial-visit association. The URL is not fetched, and its path, query and fragment are discarded. We retain this voluntary request for up to 12 months or until consent is withdrawn, whichever comes first. This does not subscribe you to marketing emails, install a product, create an account or make a purchase. For genuine requests, the operator receives these contact details through the existing email provider; QA submissions do not send an owner notification. Completed notification records are retained for up to 30 days. You may use the deletion form below to withdraw this contact consent or request deletion.
We keep this information until you withdraw consent or for 12 months after collection, whichever comes first. We do not sell your email address. Browser session storage is used to retain the experiment assignment, page variant, session identifier, and campaign attribution. This waitlist does not collect your agent conversations or execution data.
Use the form below to request email opt-out and deletion of your personal information. We use the address you provide to process the request and may contact you to verify ownership. Submitting this form records a request; it does not mean deletion is complete. You can also contact hello@oraxlabs.io about privacy or email preferences.
